| 🌻 Are you, as I am, a solanthophile? someone who is irrestibly in love with sunflowers especially because of their positive vibe and aura. It was also my dad’s favourite flower and reminds me of his positive sunny disposition.I’m reminded of a beautiful reflection ~ the sunflower doesn’t just resemble the sun, it actively follows it. Throughout the day, it traces the sun’s path across the sky, seeking light wherever it can find it. Even the faintest glow is enough to guide its movement. There’s something deeply comforting in that. A quiet lesson. Wherever there is light, however small, you can choose to turn toward it. Like sunflowers in full bloom, this month, is a time to gently turn yourself toward the light. No matter what has come before, July invites you to realign, to soften, and to follow what nourishes you most. |

| Thank You for a Beautiful June, so far, with many Summer Solstice sessions, it has been a joy to be back in the Woods and Flower Farm and the most wonderful WildEarth Wellbeing Festival at Mothercombe Gardens, a truely beautiful day, to rest and celebrate summer, an inspiring collaboration with Lyndon and his HandPans, plus a vibrant summer solstice collaboration with Natalie (Love Yoga Tree) was such fun. So much gratitude to everyone who joined regular sound meditations, collaborations and retreat bookings. Your presence, openness, and intention helped create spaces of deep calm, connection, as we stepped into the warmer, longer days together.Looking ahead to July and beyond… a beautiful fundraising day for Children’s Hospice South West planned at Dartmoor Reach on 4th July, plus I am thrilled to be invited to one of my favourite cafes Valley View to share an evening Sounds, Supper & Sunflowers on 1st August. July sessions slightly reduced as I’m off to Sweden, Yoga Mela Festival for a week, which I’m super excited about and looking forward to being inspired and nourished. Giving Back To honour people who attends sessions, I plant trees 🌳 through Ecologi, giving something back to our beautiful Earth.
