| Summer in the Woods 6-8pm Monthly Sounds in the Woods, for the forth year, from May through to September at beautiful Deer Wood, Loddiswell. These gatherings are a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and step back into relationship with the living world around us.Thursday June 11th Wednesday July 8th Thursday August 6th Tuesday September 1st Embracing nature’s embrace, with an outdoor Sound Journey.  Summer Eremos ~ the gift of quiet in a world of noise Take2Thursday 18th June 7:30 – 8:45pm Highwell, Churchstow Nr. Kingsbridge I am thrilled to be collaborating once more with Lyndon Forster HandPan Music, following our first well-received event, back in March. Together, we’ll continue to explore Eremos through a live, acoustic sound journey, using world instruments celebrated for their resonance and vibrational qualities, weaving Lyndon’s Hand Pan piece of work Expressions of Eremos with five of his beautiful Pans. Our venue this time is the beautiful yurt at Highwell, set amongst nature, a truly magical and peaceful setting. This will be a lay-down immersive experience. An invitation to rest. To listen. A mindful story will lead to a guided meditation and accompanying sounds from Drum, Koshi Chimes, Gong and Himalayan Singing Bowls. Time to explore how the sounds make you feel and the instruments.
