| A Huge thank you to all joined sessions throughout 2024, it has been my absolute joy and privilege to facilitate Sound Journey Meditations. Working with sound, I’ve seen firsthand how it can go beyond words to reach something deep within. It’s amazing to witness how sound can bring calm, release, or even a sense of connection that’s hard to put into words.January is often a time to set intensions, resolution or dream what you’d like to manifest, I rather like the quote “Every year you make a resolution to change yourself. This year make a resolution to be yourself”So as we welcome 2025 why not gift yourself some ‘me’ time with Sounds, for self-care, deep rest and experience what it’s like to journey inwards to discover more you! |
